I have experience with both residential and commercial properties as a broker in Louisiana during the 1980s and as a buyer specialist recently in the Flathead Valley. I know the area well, having lived in the Flathead Valley for 24 years. My wife and I love animals. We enjoy seeing the grizzly, black bear, big horn sheep, moose, elk & deer. We had some close encounters with mountain goats, saw Great Grey owls and many other birds new to us. We sighted several big horn sheep cavorting on the steep rocky slopes. We have enjoyed hiking, skiing , sailing and bird watching. My wife and I raised and showed horses for 15 years, so I understand the unique needs of horse lovers and related properties. I work well with discerning buyers looking for unique high end properties as well as first time home buyers. I also have experience with bank owned homes. I was the general contractor for several renovations. Therefore, I know how to work with builders. Some notable projects I was involved in are an 1864 town house in New Orleans and a large custom home built in Whitefish Hills. I strive to always put my client's interests first.
